The first recommendation I would make is possibly making the blog a little brighter in color. The gray on darker gray is may be hard to read for users with impaired vision, especially with the orange. You may want to make sure that your fonts and colors match, as there are both white and black portions of text. I really like that you put a subtitle on your blog! I think this will help your audience figure out if they're in the right place to find content they're looking to read. The content you have is great – just paying attention to the colors/flow of the design will make your blog flourish!
